3. Sharing and Visibility Controls
LaneMate uses the visibility and sharing controls you select. Private sessions stay limited to your authorized access, guest-shared sessions may be surfaced to invited or approved viewers, and public-shared sessions may appear in public discovery or live-session experiences. Admin, coach, and pro shop profiles you publish may also be searchable in public or member-facing experiences.
We may also share information with service providers that help us host the platform, process payments, deliver emails, secure infrastructure, or support stream delivery.
4. Payments and Third Parties
Payment and subscription services may be handled by third-party processors. When you complete checkout, billing-related information may be processed by those providers under their own terms and privacy policies. LaneMate stores the payment and subscription records needed to support access, receipts, refunds, compliance, and customer support.
5. Retention and Security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, investigate fraud or disputes, maintain receipts and financial records, and support ongoing member experiences. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, but no system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.
6. Your Choices
You may update certain account, profile, and sharing settings directly inside LaneMate. You can also contact us to ask about account access, corrections, or deletion requests, subject to legal, security, and operational retention needs.
7. Children and Event Information
If you manage athlete, youth, or school-related information, you are responsible for obtaining any permissions required to submit, publish, or share that information through LaneMate. Do not provide information you are not authorized to share.
8. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy as LaneMate changes. If we make material updates, we will post the revised version here and update the effective date. Continued use of LaneMate after changes take effect means you acknowledge the updated policy.
